Nanocs also offers various fluorescently labeled and surface functionalized silica particles for wide biomedical research and bioassay development. These surface modified silica particles provide our customers with more choices for in-vitro or in-vivo applications of those nanoparticles. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.

Rhodamine B labeled silica beads are red fluorescent particles with excitation/emission wavelength around 545 nm/576 nm. Silica particles from Nanocs have narrow size distribution yet with multiple size selection from 5 nm to 50 microns. These particles are suspended in 1% aqeuous solution. Standard deviation of these particles is in the range of 10~20% of listed size parameter. These particles have wide applications in diagnostic reagents and bioassay development. They can be further modified with different surface coatings and functional groups. Nanocs fluorescent labeled silica particles provide more choices for in-vitro or in-vivo applications of those nanoparticles. These particles include various fluorescent dyes from UV region to near IR, include coumarin, fluoresceins, rhodamines, cyanine dyes, alexa fluor dyes. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.

概述
NEBNext 接头是为 DNA、ChIP DNA 和 RNA（不包括 Small RNA）文库构建而设计的，能够确保接头的高效连接及文库的高产量，并且最大限度的减少接头二聚体的形成。NEBNext 接头包含一个特殊的发卡环状结构，能够更高效的和经末端修复的带 dA 尾的 DNA 结合。环状结构包含一个 U，当 U 被 USER 酶（由 UDG 和内切酶 VIII 组合而成）切掉后，环状结构打开，使它可以成为 PCR 的反应底物。检索序列通过 PCR 引入文库，从而实现了多样本的制备。NEBNext 接头引物不仅能够用于 NEBNext 产品，也可以用于其它的兼容 Illumina 标准平台的文库制备方法。
功能验证
每个试剂盒都通过对基因组 DNA、ChIP DNA 和 mRNA 进行文库构建，并在 Illumina 平台测序进行验证。

Desthiobiotin PEG Maleimide:
Desthiobiotin PEG Maleimide is one of Nanocs’ reactive desthiobiotin PEG crosslinkers that can react with thiol (-SH) groups. Maleimide reacts with thiol/sulfhydryl group at neutral pH quckily and efficiently. Reaction between maleimide and thiol allows conjugation of desthiobiotin tag to proteins, antibodies, peptides or nucleic acids with high efficiency. Desthiobiotin is a modified version of biotin. Compared to biotin, desthiobiotin binds to streptavidin, avidin and other biotin-binding proteins with lower affinity and it can be eluted from binding complex under much milder conditions (i.e., by competitive displacement with regular, free biotin). As such, desthiobiotin reagent is a useful alternative to Biotin for avidin-biotin techniques in which nondenaturing elution of the labeled proteins is desired. PEG linker between desthiobiotin and maleimide offers better water solubility, less steric hindrance and enhanced stability.

概述
The NEBNext Ultra II End Repair/dA-Tailing Module has been optimized to convert 500 pg-1 μg of fragmented DNA to repaired DNA having 5′ phosphorylated, 3′ dA-tailed ends. The module is optimized for use with the NEBNext Ultra II Ligation Module (NEB #E7595), and is part of the Ultra II DNA workflow which enables high yield preparation of high quality libraries from 500 pg to 1 µg of
input DNA.

Pentafluorophenyl (PFP) functionalized PEG Biotin is an amine reactive PEG biotin derivative that can bind to avidin or streptavidin with high affinity. PFP reacts with amine groups at pH 7-9 to form stable amide bond. Compared to other amine reactive functional groups, PFP has higher reactivity yet with better stability in aqueous solution.
