Streptavidin functionalized glass slides are one of Nanocs premier functional glass products. Nanocs provides various surface functionalized glass slides and coverslips that can be used to attach biomolecules on top of them. Functional groups and coatings include amine, carboxylic acid, aldehyde, epoxide, biotin, streptavidin, NTA, maleimide, disulfide, azide, alkyne, as well as poly-D-lysine and poly-L-lysine. Nanocs glass slides and coverslips were fabricated with unique coating technologies to ensure their high reactivity, uniformity and low non-specific absorption. These glass slides and coverslips can be used for microarray fabrication, cell culture growth and various confocal microscope work.

Azide/azido functionalized polyethylene glycol (N3-PEG-X) is a bifunctional PEG derivative that can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials. Azide group can react with alkyne in aqueous solution catalyzed by copper. It can also be reduced into amine group easily while another functional group can be react with other molecules or functional groups. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.

TCO PEG maleimide is a sulfhydryl reactive, pegylated TCO (transcyclooctene) derivative that can react with tetrazine group. Maleimide reacts with sulfhydryl groups (thiol, -SH) groups at neutral pH efficiently. The reaction of TCO tetrazine is a bioorthogaonal reaction that enables the conjugation of two molecules in aqueous solution fast and efficiently. PEG TCO derivatives have excellent water solubility, possess fast kinetics and stability in aqueous buffer. They are one of the best pegylation reagents to modify proteins, peptides, antibodies, biopolymers and particles via copper free Click Chemistry reaction.
