ELISA法测定标本有着快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高可大规模测定样品的特点。
样品采集：收集标本前必须清楚要检测的成份是否足够稳定。对收集后当天进行检测的标本，储存在4℃备用，如有特殊原因需要周期收集标本，将标本及时分装后放在-20℃或-70℃条件下保存。避免反复冻融。标本2-8℃可保存48小时，-20℃可保存1个月。-70度可保存6个月。
rti公司代理注意事项：
a. 在收集标本前都必须有一个完整的计划，必须清楚要检测的成份是否足够稳定。
b.建议新鲜标本收集后尽早检测。1-3天左右检测的样本可储存在4℃备用。如有特殊原因需要周期性收集标本，请将标本及时分装后放在-20℃或- 70℃条件下保存，避免反复冻融。
1. 当混合蛋白溶液时应尽量轻缓，避免起泡。
2. 洗涤过程非常重要，不充分的洗涤易造成假阳性。
3. 一次加样时间控制在5分钟内.
4. 请每次测定的同时做标准曲线，做复孔。
5. 如标本中待测物质含量过高，请先稀释后再测定，计算时请zui后乘以稀释倍数。
6. 在配制标准品、检测溶液工作液时，请以相应的稀释液配制，不能混淆。
7. 底物请避光保存。
8. 不要用其它生产厂家的试剂替换试剂盒中的试剂。

aveslabs位于加利福尼亚州戴维斯市，开发针对神经特异性抗原和表位标签的新型抗体试剂，以促进神经科学和分子生物学界的科学进步。aveslabs由Gary Ciment和Fazilah Adam于1995年共同创立。当时，Ciment博士是俄勒冈健康与科学大学的细胞生物学教授，他的实验室很难找到有能力和可靠的公司来定制鸡肉多克隆抗体。他试图制造一种针对高度保守的哺乳动物基因产物的抗体，兔子和小鼠都没有产生针对人类同源物的有用抗体，这可能是由于高度的序列同源性。在一次会议上与一位同事的交谈说服了Ciment博士再次尝试制造这种抗体，但要尝试将鸡作为宿主——鸡在进化上与包括人类在内的哺乳动物很好地分离。结果是显著的：人类蛋白抗原具有高度免疫原性，抗体产量非常高，免疫试剂表现出高特异性的紧密结合。从那时起，aveslabs开创了在蛋白质中寻找高免疫原性肽序列的新算法，开发了针对鸡抗体的新亲和纯化方法，并开发了许多其他有用的试剂，如BlokHen®阻断试剂和沉淀试剂。Aves实验室继续开发针对神经特异性抗原和表位标签的新型抗体试剂，以促进神经科学和分子生物学界的科学进步。

Description：Rat Primary Artery Fibroblasts(大鼠动脉成纤维细胞)from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of adult Sprague-Dawley Rats. Rat Primary Artery Fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in AcceGen’s Cell Culture Medium for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Rat Primary Artery Fibroblasts are tested for expression of marker using the antibody of anti-FSP1/S100A4 by immunofluorescence staining and can be expanded by 2-4 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by AcceGen. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

Standard biochemical procedures performed with fibroblast cultures include the assays of cell to cell interaction, PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining, immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.；

Description：Rat Artery Smooth Muscle Cells(大鼠动脉平滑肌细胞)from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of Sprague-Dawley Rats. Description：Rat Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells(大鼠膀胱微血管内皮细胞)from AcceGen are isolated from tissue of 7-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley Rats. Rat Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in AcceGen’s Cell Culture Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1×10^6 cells per ml and are delivered frozen.

Rat Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells can be used in assays of cell to cell adhesion, migration, vascular tube formation, or transendothelial resistance (TER). Standard biochemical procedures performed with endothelial cell cultures include PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining or immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.；
