Description:
Lysine modified dextrans are one of positively charge dextran conjugates that can be fixed with lysine on the surface. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and bioconjugated dextran products with molecular weight ranged from 3,000 Da to 2,000 KDa. These functional dextrans were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
Dextrans are naturally synthesized polysaccharides with good water solubility, low toxicity and varied molecular weights. Dextrans modified with dyes and other biomolecules have been successfully used as long-term tracers for live cells. Nanocs also provides customerized dextran products for your special needs.
Specifications:
- 1~50 lysine groups on each dextran molecule depends on molecular weight of dextran.
- Dextran conjugates provided in dried powder;

Product description:
Carboxyl functionalized silica nanoparticles or micro beads from Nanocs have narrow size distribution yet with multiple size selection from 5 nm to 50 microns. Carboxylic acid groups on these silica beads can be activated by EDC and they can easily react with primary amine groups. Nanocs functional silica nanoparticle or micro beads are suspended in 1% aqeuous solution. Standard deviation of these silica particles is in the range of 10% of listed size parameter. Nanocs also offers various fluorescently labeled and surface functionalized silica particles for wide biomedical research and bioassay development. These surface modified silica particles provide our customers with more choices for in-vitro or in-vivo applications of those nanoparticles. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.

Elimination of organic solvents not only simplifies your labeling and detection process, it also provides additional protection of your molecules from damaging caused by some harsh organic solvents. In addition, SFTM fluorophores offer diversified chemically reactive and/or biologically active moieties that can be used directly for labeling, imaging and detecting of various molecules and particles. These fluorophores range from UV to near IR region and can be used both in-vitro and in-vivo imaging. In short, Nanocs SFTM fluorophores offer following advantages:
