　　产品描述

　　Cy3.5 (Cyhaiine 3.5) 是一种发红色荧光的花青素类荧光染料。Cy3.5在显影时可以用561nm或者594nm的激光束激发然后用 Texas Red® 相似的滤片观察，它是一种非常常用的标记染料。Cy3.5可以用来标记蛋白，抗体，多肽，核酸分子，纳米粒等。

　　炔烃(alkyne)是常用生物标记基团。通过铜催化点击化学反应(Copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition, CuAAC)，炔烃可以和叠氮(azide)生成稳定的生物链接(bioconjugate)。点击化学反应效率很高，可在水相中(也可有机相)快速完成，即便在低浓度(μM)下。点击化学反应技术发展很成熟，各种相关试剂商业可得，各种生物标记应用广泛。

　　Cy3.5标记后的产物Ex/Em是591nm/604nm。和它具有相似荧光特性的染料包括Texas Red®，Alexa Fluor 594, BODIPY® TR, DyLight 594等。

聚咔唑/三苯胺主链上挂接三嗪基发光单元TADF发光材料PxzTrz-Alk,PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-X(X=0,10,20,30,40)系列TADF聚合物的合成

合成了带有炔基的三嗪基绿光TADF功能化合物PxzTrz-Alk与带有炔基的主体功能化合物mCP-Alk。

选用PCz-N3为分子骨架,按照不同的投料比,使PxzTrz-Alk和mCP-Alk依次与PCz-N3进行点击反应,得到了一系列侧链型TADF聚合物PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-X(X=0,10,20,30,40,

其中X代表PxzTrz-Alk在两种含炔基功能化合物投料中所占百分比;当X=0,记为PCz-mCP)。1HNMR、FT-IR和MALDI-TOF MS结果表明成功制备了 PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-X。

聚咔唑/三苯胺主链上挂接三嗪基发光单元TADF发光材料PxzTrz-Alk,PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-X(X=0,10,20,30,40)系列TADF聚合物的合成

DSC显示所有PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-X的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)在135℃以上。它们的PL光谱都显示绿光发射,发射波长(λmax)位于527～544 nm之间。它们的荧光量子产率在19.1%～23.5%之间。

旋涂法制备PCz-mCP-PxzTrz-30作为非掺杂的发光层,得到OLED器件的启亮电压为5.7 V,亮度为676.4 cd/m2,电流效率为1.0 cd/A。
