mPEG-HSA纳米微球的制备方法

mPEG-HSA纳米微球的制备方法

第一步：将5mL丙酮缓慢滴加含有10mL环己烷和8mL浓度为10mg/mL 的mPEG-HSA的锥形瓶中，第二步：并滴加表面活性剂Sphai85，然后加入60 μ L0.5mol/L的NaOH的水溶液，在磁力搅拌器下搅拌混匀,反应液由无色透明至微量浑浊

第三步：用注射器注射50μL 4%的戊二醛，然后加入60μ L0.5mol/L的HCl水溶液中.和碱性悬浮液，搅拌持续12 小时。然后将悬浮液加热到50C持续15min,离心后冷冻干燥保存。
