EC 3.2.1.22 CAZY Family: GH27 From guar seed. 

Highly purified. Stabilised with BSA. In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate. 

Specific activity: 65 U/mg (40°C, pH 4.5, p-nitrophenyl α-D-galactopyranoside, before addition of BSA). 

Contaminants: -mannanase and -mannosidase < 0.00001%. 

This enzyme is very active on galactomannans. 

Stable at 4°C for > 4 years.
