产品简介：

Tris-Glycine为白色至类白色速溶颗粒。中科百抗Tris-Glycine速溶颗粒是指将日常实验工作中用到的Tris-Glycine缓冲液（25 mM Tris，192 mM gan氨酸）以速溶颗粒的形式呈现。Tris-Glycine速溶颗粒使用简单、快速，无需计算、称量、调节pH等繁琐的配液过程，即取即用；此外，中科百抗Tris-Glycine速溶颗粒的标准化大规模生产工艺可避免人为配液过程中的误差，保证缓冲液的批内及批间稳定性。

Tris-Glycine缓冲液在20%乙醇中配制成1×TG工作缓冲液后常用于快速免疫印迹（Western Blot），主要用于湿转；还可用于制备非变性蛋白聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（Native-PAGE）电泳缓冲液。

产品使用方法：

1. 烧杯中加入约600 mL的蒸馏水（若是用于免疫印迹中的转膜，则需要加入200 mL乙醇和约400 mL的蒸馏水），内置磁性搅拌子后置于磁力搅拌器上；
2. 用剪刀剪开或撕开Tris-Glycine速溶颗粒包装袋，将包装袋内得全部内容物缓慢倒入烧杯，搅拌至wan全溶解；
3. 向步骤2的Tris-Glycine溶液中添加蒸馏水，定容至1 L，所得溶液即为1×TG工作缓冲液。

产品介绍

6-ROX是一种用于在实时定量PCR中的荧光报告基因信号进行标准化的ROX参比染料，与其他罗丹明染料相比，6-ROX非常不稳定。但经改良后的6-ROX glycine具有较好的稳定性。6-ROX glycine具有与6-ROX相似的光谱性质。该参比染料是溶于20 mM Tris（pH 8.4），0.1 mM EDTA和0.01％Tween 20中的25 μM溶液。

 

ROX参比染料

• 对与PCR无关的荧光波动进行标准化

• 为多重定量PCR和RT-PCR提供稳定的基线

• 使用现有的ROX光谱设置，无需重复校正热循环仪

 

注意事项

1. 对于低ROX机型，为使每个反应精确加入1 μL，推荐用前将ROX用无菌超纯水进行10倍稀释，再进行实验操作。

2. 荧光染料均存在淬灭问题，请尽量注意避光，以减缓荧光淬灭。

3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
