产品描述

链霉亲和素是一种来源于阿维丁链霉菌(streptomyces avidinii)的生物素结合蛋白质,其非特异性结合远比亲和素低,且与蛋清亲和素在中性pH值具有净正电荷和包含大约7%的碳水化合物相比,链霉亲和素蛋白具有在中性pH值几乎没有净电荷,不含有碳水化合物等更有利的化学性质,所以它被广泛用来作为抗生物素蛋白的替代品。

本品是由Cy3标记的链霉亲和素,其最大激发波长为550 nm,最大发射波长为570 nm。建议工作液浓度为:0.5-2 µg/mL for most applications

储存液制备方法

本品以冻干粉的形式提供,需要先溶解配制成相应浓度的储存液后再稀释使用。

1)溶解方法:用0.65 mL ddH2O充分溶解冻干粉(如果不澄清,可对其离心处理),混匀,即可得到100%原液,该溶液可在4℃稳定保存6周;

2)为了更长期保存,可将原液分装后于≤-70℃冻存,不可反复冻融。或者向上述原液中加入等体积甘油(即甘油终浓度为50%),混匀后分装于-20℃冻存,可稳定保存1年。

注:① 此处稀释用甘油须是ACS级或者更高级别甘油。② 加入等体积甘油后,Cys-链霉亲和素原液中各组分均变为原来的1/2.
