Specific activity: ~ 100 U/mg (40oC, pH 8.0 on potato galactan) Action on other substrates: CM-cellulose 4M, Debranched arabinan, Polygalacturonic acid and Wheat arabinoxylan < 0.001 %; p-NP-β-D-galactopyranoside < 0.02 %; p-nitrophenyl-α-L-arabinofuranoside < 0.004 % Stability: > 2 years at 4oC
