Description

Epoxide functionalized glass slides are one of Nanocs premier functional glass products. Nanocs provides various surface functionalized glass slides and coverslips that can be used to attach biomolecules on top of them. Functional groups and coatings include amine, carboxylic acid, aldehyde, epoxide, biotin, streptavidin, NTA, maleimide, disulfide, azide, alkyne, as well as poly-D-lysine and poly-L-lysine. Nanocs glass slides and coverslips were fabricated with unique coating technologies to ensure their high reactivity, uniformity and low non-specific absorption. These glass slides and coverslips can be used for microarray fabrication, cell culture growth and various confocal microscope work.

Description:

Epoxy functionalized agarose beads from Nanocs are used to couple biomolecules through their hydroxyl, amino or sulfhydryl groups. Epoxy activated agarose beads are able to react with hydroxyl groups at pH 11-12, amino groups at pH>9 and sulfhydryl groups at pH 7.5-8.5. The epoxy activated agarose beads have uniform size in the range of 50~150 microns. These activated beads have multiple epoxy groups that can be used to attach polysaccharides, proteins, enzymes, antibodies, etc. covalently to the bead surface. Covalently linked ligands offer high stability and are suitable for various biomolecule purification, capturing and assay. Nanocs surface modified agarose beads provide more choices than any other companies in this field. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.

环氧基倍半硅氧烷/环氧树脂杂化材料(Epoxy-POSS/EP)的制备方法

多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxhaie简称POSS)是一-种纳米尺度笼状结构的化合物,又称立方硅烷川。带反应官能团的POSS可以和传统的聚合物形成有机无机杂化材料,环氧树脂(EP)是目前使用的工程树脂之一,但其韧性低和耐高温性差限制了它的使用。本文首先合成乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)和环氧基低聚倍半硅氧烷(epoxy-POSS) ,进-步原位聚合制备了EP/OvPOSS复合材料和EP/epoxy-POSS杂化材料。

环氧基倍半硅氧烷/环氧树脂杂化材料(Epoxy-POSS/EP)的制备方法

我们先将适量的Epoxy-POSS溶于一定甲苯中,然后加入适量丙烯酸,催化剂N,N-二甲基苄胺(总质量的1.5%),阻聚剂对苯二酚(总质量的0.5%),110C 反应10h,溶液由无色变为淡黄色。然后加入催化剂N,N-二甲基苄胺(总质量的1.5%),双酚A型环氧树脂(E-44),确保E 44和Epoxy -POSS中环氧基团的量与丙烯酸中羧基的量等摩尔比,90°C 下反应3h。然后将制得的产物配制成涂料,制成固化膜。合成路线如图1所示。
