EC 3.2.1.51 CAZY Family: GH29 α-L-fucoside fucohydrolase. Recombinant from T. maritima. In 3.2 M ammonium sulphate. Specific activity: ~ 2.5 U/mg (25oC, pH 5.0); ~ 4 U/mg (37oC), ~ 15 U/mg (60oC), ~ 195 U/mg (95oC).
