一、试剂盒简介

EZBioscience 血清/血浆RNA提取试剂盒提供了一种简单、快速、可靠的方法，用于从人和动物的血清/血浆中分离高质量的总RNA(包括mRNA、miRNA、IncRNA、circRNA等)。纯化的总RNA适用干各多种下游检测，包括:RT-PCRRT-aPCRNorthern印迹核酸酶保护测定，polv(A)+选择后的 cDNA文库制备和NGS等。

首先将血清/血浆样品与裂解液混合并充分裂解，然后将混合物离心分层;收集上层清液，并与补充试剂和乙醇充分混合，转移到RNA结合柱中，低速离心;通过随后的洗涤有效去除杂质，纯化的总RNA用洗脱液洗脱，可用于多种下游检测。

EZBioscience 血浆外泌体提取试剂盒（用于蛋白检）提供了一种简单，可靠，快速的方法，无需超速离心即可从人和动物血浆中分离出高质量的总外泌体。建议进行蛋白酶K处理，以去除血浆中的大部分蛋白质。分离的外泌体主要用于蛋白质检测。

外泌体是含有RNA和蛋白质的小囊泡(30~120nm)，由各种类型的细胞分泌，并在体液(例如血液，唾液，尿液和母乳)中大量存在。据报道，外来体起细胞间信使的作用，在特定细胞之间传递其效应物或发出大分子信号。然而，它们的形成，货物的组成以及它们所涉及的生物途径仍不清楚。

外泌体功能和运输的生物学和医学研究要求完整的外泌体的分离，但是目前使用的方法繁琐且困难。
