Di-4-ANEPPDHQ 是一种能够快速反应膜电位变化的染料。本身不具备荧光活性,只有和细胞膜结合后才会发出荧光。它可以足够快地检测瞬态(毫秒)可兴奋细胞的膜电位变化。在各种组织、细胞、以及细胞膜模型中,Di-4-ANEPPDHQ 的荧光变化幅度较为均一,每 100 mV 的变化通常显示 10 %的荧光改变。
