产品描述：人滑膜细胞是健康滑膜组织的主要细胞类型，是成纤维细胞样细胞。滑膜细胞形成一种结构，称为滑膜衬里层。电子显微镜显示衬里层内广泛的细胞间接触。人滑膜细胞产生滑液成分，负责关节腔的吸收和血液/滑液交换。滑膜细胞增殖，显示锚定独立生长，并分泌多种效应分子，促进炎症和关节破坏，它们本身是自分泌和旁分泌作用因子的复杂网络的一部分。滑膜细胞表达钙粘蛋白，为滑膜组织组织和形态发生提供了新的见解，并作为治疗靶点。

来自AcceGen研究实验室的HS是从人类滑膜中分离出来的。HS在传代1培养物中冷冻保存并冷冻递送。每个小瓶含有1ml体积的>5×10^5个细胞。HS的特征是其成纤维细胞样形态、生长模式和CD90和纤维连接蛋白的免疫细胞化学。HS对HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在AcceGen研究实验室提供的条件下，HS可保证15个人口倍增。
