Description:
Polystyrene Particles from Nanocs have narrow size distribution yet with multiple size selection from 20 nm to 10 microns. These particles are suspended in 1% aqeuous solution. Standard deviation of these particles is in the range of 10% of listed size parameter. These particles have wide applications in diagnostic reagents and bioassay development. They can be further modified with different surface coatings and functional groups. Nanocs surface modified polystyrene particles provide more choices for in-vitro or in-vivo applications of those nanoparticles. Customer conjugation and modification is available upon request.

Description:
1,2-Distearoyl-sn-Glycero-3-Phosphoethanolamine (DSPE) and PDP conjugated Polyethylene Glycol is a heterobifunctional PEG derivative that can undergo reaction with sulfhydryl group. DSPE PEG is an 18 carbon phospholipid PEG conjugate which has both hydrophilicity and hydrophobility. PDP (pyridyldithiol propionate) is reactive toward free thiol group to form cleavable disulfide bond. Pegylated phospholipids are excellent liposome formation materials that can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery as well. Pegylation of phospholipids significantly improves the blood circulation time and stability for encapsulated drugs. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying their surfaces with targeting ligands such as antibodies, peptides.

- Off-white/white solid or viscous liquid depends on molecule weight;
- Soluble in warm aqeous solution as well as most organic solvents;
