Lauric acid PEG NHS
Lauric acid is a 12 carbon saturated fatty acid lipid with excellent hydrophobicity. PEG modified lauric acid (Lauric acid PEG) is a good amphilphilic polymer with both hydrophilicity and hydrophobility. Pegylated lipids are excellent liposome formation materials that can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery as well. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying their surfaces with targeting ligands such as antibodies, peptides.
