Description：Rat primary kidney cells (RPKIDCs,大鼠肾细胞) are isolated from tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague–Dawley rats. RPKIDCs are mixed population of mouse kidney cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.；
Quality Control：All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi；
