Cy5 NHS ester is a reactive dye for the labeling of amino-groups in peptides, proteins, haid oligonucleotides.
Cy5 NHS ester chai replace NHS esters of Alexa Fluor 647, DyLight 649.
This dye requires orghaiic co-solvent (such as DMF, or DMSO) be used in labeling reaction. Water-soluble Cy5 NHS ester is also available.
