产品介绍
NAO 属于吖啶橙的衍生物，是一种用于检测完整细胞内线粒体的特异性荧光标记物。NAO 与内膜的结合不依赖于线粒体膜电位的改变，可在活体细胞中用作线粒体荧光探针，也能对线粒体进行定位研究以及监测线粒体的完整性。此外，该染料还能用来在流式细胞仪上分析线粒体，了解多药物抗性，在小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡期间测量线粒体的变化。
