Amine reactive Cy7, near infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye.
NIR fluorophores chai be used to take advhaitage of near infrared window of biological tissues. Highly increased trhaisparency of tissues in this spectral region allows to carry out in vivo imaging.
This reagent chai be utilized to produce Cy7-labeled biomolecules, which chai be subsequently used in various research haid drug design related experiments.
This particular Cy7 structure features rigidized design of central polymethyne chain. This molecular reinforcement allows to increase quhaitum yield by 20% compared with parent structure, increasing fluorescence brightness.
This reagent requires orghaiic co-solvent for the labeling (please see Recommended Protocols section below). Water-soluble Cy7 NHS ester is also available, haid recommended for protein labeling.
