LS405 Azide是一种蓝色荧光染料，在铜(I)催化下可以与炔类发生加成反应。它的光谱与Pacific Blue染料相近，两者具有相近的荧光强度，但LS405 Azide 光稳定性更强，由于LS405 Azide较窄的发射峰，很少有硬光溢出至绿光通道，因此在多色检测时LS405 Azide是一种较好的选择。

1. 荧光染料激发与发射波长会受到溶剂的影响，使用不同溶剂，则激发与发射波长可能会发生变化。
2. 荧光染料均存在淬灭问题，请尽量注意避光，以减缓荧光淬灭。
