牛血清白蛋白（BSA）是一种 66.4 kDa 的水溶性蛋白， 是牛血浆中的主要蛋白质种类。它是由约583个氨基酸残基组成,不含碳水化合物的单一多肽链。BSA 拥有由六个 α-螺旋形成的三个同源结构域。它可依赖于 pH 进行可逆的构象异构化。蛋白的天然结构在加热时会变得具有反应性和灵活性。
本产品采用专有的两步纯化/热激工艺制造，以生产出异常一致的高质量牛血清白蛋白产品，适合需要高蛋白质纯 度和低内毒素产品的各种应用。
